Cancellation Policy

Once a payment has been successfully processed and the membership is activated, cancellation requests will not be accepted. We encourage our members to thoroughly review the details of the membership plan before making a payment. No partial or full cancellation of the membership will be permitted once subscribed.

Refund Policy

All payments made to DREAM HOSPITALITY are non-refundable. As our services involve personalized travel planning and instant digital resource allocation, once a transaction is completed, no amount will be returned under regular conditions.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain rare and exceptional cases—such as duplicate payments, system errors, or failure to deliver the promised service—refunds may be considered. Such requests must be submitted in writing to admin@owiedreamclub.com within 3 working days from the transaction date. Approval of any refund is solely at the discretion of DREAM HOSPITALITY’s management and will be processed within 7-10 business days if found valid.
